SERVICE
We offer Nationwide coverage by our own fully equipped Service Engineers. Our first priority is to achieve a first time fix and to this end our engineers hold a comprehensive van stock of many components and cells to reduce downtime to a minimum. All of our engineers hold latest copies of our RAMS, H & S policies and all are equipped with relevant PPE. We operate with electronic service software to provide "as it happens" updates to our customers, along with "before and after" pictures to show all work undertaken.
Strip and Clean
Batteries that build up dirt and detritus on the top of the cells can be stripped, cleaned and refitted. Corroded connectors can be replaced and if required end user training can ensure that the battery life can be lengthened, saving money in the longer term.
Cell Replacement
A failed cell in an otherwise healthy battery can cause truck and charger issues and needs to be replaced as quickly as possible. Our engineers can do this quickly and effectively to reduce truck downtime.
Inspections
Site surveys or battery inspections give an indication of the overall health of the battery fleet and give you an idea of the time span you have before battery or truck replacement will be an necessity.
